By subscribing to the IBC Platform, you agree to pay the applicable monthly fees for your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. A free trial period may be offered at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to insurance sales and client management. You will not share login credentials, upload malicious content, or use the platform to harass or spam clients. CMS marketing compliance rules apply to all outbound communications.
Protected Health Information (PHI) is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for plan quoting accuracy, enrollment outcomes, or regulatory compliance of your sales activities. AI features provide suggestions, not guarantees — agents are responsible for verifying information and following CMS rules.
