What happens after my trial?
After your 30-day free trial, you'll automatically move to the Essentials plan. You can upgrade to Pro at any time. No credit card is required to start, so you'll never be charged unexpectedly.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes! You can upload a CSV file with your existing book of business. We support bulk imports with automatic field mapping for names, phone numbers, dates of birth, plan details, and more. Most agents are up and running in under 10 minutes.
Do I need a tech team?
Not at all. IBC is designed for insurance agents, not software engineers. If you can use email, you can use our platform. Setup takes less than 5 minutes and we provide guided onboarding.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We take HIPAA compliance extremely seriously. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), conduct regular security audits, and follow all required safeguards for protected health information.
What Medicare products can I quote?
You can quote and compare Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Part D Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), ACA / Marketplace plans, dental & vision, hospital indemnity, cancer/critical illness, and final expense products.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you support multiple agents?
Our Enterprise plan supports multi-agent team management with individual logins, role-based permissions, shared client databases, and team leaderboards. Contact us for agency pricing.
What states are supported?
Our platform works nationwide. Plan quoting data is available for all 50 states plus DC. We currently have the strongest carrier data for Arizona with rapid expansion to other states.
Do you charge per-seat fees?
No. Essentials and Pro plans are flat-rate with no per-seat charges. Enterprise plans are custom-quoted based on team size and needs, but we don't nickel-and-dime you with per-user fees.
What AI features are included?
Pro and Enterprise plans include AI-powered plan recommendations, talking points generation, AEP campaign writing, drug coverage matching, and lead scoring. The AI uses your client's specific doctors, medications, and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
Can I use my own phone number?
The built-in browser dialer (Pro and Enterprise) provisions a dedicated number for your account. We are working on BYOD (bring your own number) support. All calls are logged and recorded for compliance.
How does the referral program work?
Refer another agent and earn credits toward your subscription when they sign up. Pro plan members get access to referral tracking tools and automated referral link generation.
Is there an API?
API access is available on our Enterprise plan. This allows you to integrate IBC data with your existing systems, build custom workflows, or connect with third-party tools your agency already uses.
Do you have a mobile app?
Our platform is fully responsive and works beautifully on phones and tablets through your browser. A dedicated native mobile app is on our roadmap for later this year.
How is my data protected?
Your data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and a 10-year data retention policy. We host on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, perform regular backups, and you can export your data at any time.
